"Ever since I was little, I admired the ability of my mother to create something out of seemingly thin air. We used to move a lot and back in those days we didn't have a U-Haul, so we had to make due with what little we could put in a couple of suitcases.
I remember one time I was feeling down. We had just moved... Again. And it was just when I made some friends. It didn't help that the place we moved to looked like something out of a Soviet Era nightmare. But we had to go to school, my sister and I, because it was our first day.
By the time we got home, dinner was served so it smelt really nice but I almost wasn't hungry when I opened the door to our room because what was inside overwhelmed me with emotions.
My mother had left her clothes back in our old place and instead packed our favorite toys and books in her suitcase and now they were neatly organized. She also seemed to have found a thrift store of sorts and got a bunch of silly knick-knacks that just livened the place.
And it is that memory that kindled my spark to design and to dream. It is the type of feeling that I want each and every single client of mine to feel when they get back home."
